How it is played

A board of twenty-five cells, a letter on each. The green team wants an unbroken chain of cells from the top of the board to the bottom; the red team wants one running between the two sides. On its turn a team picks a cell, and a question appears whose answer begins with that letter. The two paths run perpendicular to each other, so the cell that brings you closer to your goal is the same one that blocks your opponent. Whoever completes their path first wins.

Game modes

  • ClassicThe question goes to the team whose turn it is: answer correctly and the cell is yours, answer wrongly and it goes to your opponent.
  • BuzzerThe question goes to both teams at once. The first correct answer takes the cell, and a wrong one puts that team out of the round.
  • Steal and time raceTwo further modes in local play: steal, and a time race giving each team a clock to spend.

  • A wide Arabic question bank.
  • Local play on a single device, with no internet and no account.
