Horoof account deletion request

Last updated: 2 September 2026

This page explains how to delete your account in the Horoof app, what is deleted, and what remains.

From inside the app

Open the app, then Settings, then My account, then choose Delete account and confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

By email, if the app is no longer installed

Send a message to support@tatbeeqy.com from the same address you signed in with, with the subject Horoof account deletion request, and mention the player name you were using if you remember it. We carry out the request within thirty days of verifying your identity, and we may write to you to confirm before doing so.

What is deleted

  • The name and emblem you chose in the game.
  • The photo you uploaded in the app.
  • Your membership of rooms, the record of rooms you created, and your position in the waiting queues.
  • Your synced private records: saved matches, team names, question statistics, and settings.
  • The account itself with the authentication service.

Your withdrawal from any match in progress is recorded first, before the deletion is carried out.

What remains after deletion

  • The player name inside a room that has not yet closed. It disappears automatically when the room is deleted: five minutes for a room left idle, and one hour for a finished room.
  • The question reports you sent, which are not linked to your account, including the text of any note you wrote yourself.
  • Crash reports, which are anonymous and not linked to your account.
  • Everything saved on your device: your matches and settings. These go when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app, as does the backup in your own Google account if it is enabled on your system.

Note: deleting your account cannot be undone, and your records cannot be recovered afterwards.
