This policy explains how Tatbeeqy handles data across its apps and website. We keep it plain, because vagueness here serves nobody.

Summary

We collect no data from users of our apps, and we share no data with anyone.

The My Cat app

The app does not request the internet permission at all, which means Android itself blocks it from making any network connection. It cannot send anything to any server, ours or anyone else's.

All that is saved is a small preferences file inside the app's own storage on your device, containing only: the music, sound, haptics, and auto-sleep switches, the meow count, and the highest milestone reached. No name, email, phone number, device identifier, advertising ID, location, contacts, photos, or usage logs.

Uninstalling the app deletes that file with it. If Android's backup service is enabled on your device, the system may include this file in your personal Google Drive backup; that is done by the operating system rather than the app, and we cannot access it.

What the app does not contain

  • No account and no sign-in.
  • No ads and no advertising libraries.
  • No analytics and no crash reporting.
  • No links leading outside the app.
  • No content fetched from the internet and no user-generated content.

The website

This site is made of static pages that ask you for nothing and set no tracking cookies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the IP address of your connection — technically unavoidable for any network request.

Children

We collect no data from any user, children included. Since the app has no internet access, no ads, and no external links, there is no channel through which a child's data could be collected.

Your rights

Because we hold no data that identifies you, there is no account for us to delete and no record to export. Uninstalling the app ends everything related to your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as apps or features are added. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
